Refund policy

Due to the handmade and often one-of-kind nature of our items, we generally do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. However, we want you to love your purchase and we are here to help if something is not quite right, so please reach out to us by phone or email and we will do our best to help.

We gladly accept returns if:

       - the item arrives damaged

       - we sent the wrong item in error

To be eligible for a return :

       - Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

       - Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item. If we ask you to return the                 item to us, we will reimburse you the return postage.

Refunds :

Once the returns has been approved

       -  A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

       - If a replacement is preferred, we will post the item out to you.
